The Discovery House Fall Harvest Online Auction is officially underway, and this year’s auction is the largest in the organization’s history.

Businesses, organizations and individuals from Penticton and throughout the region have come together to donate an incredible selection of merchandise, gift certificates, dining experiences, recreational opportunities, travel packages and more.

Every bid in the Discovery House Online Auction helps support programs for men working to overcome addiction and build healthier, more independent lives.

Proceeds from the auction directly support Discovery House programs including individual and group counselling, mental-health and wellness supports, life-skills development, employment and education assistance, recreational activities, transition planning and continuing care.

As Discovery House Executive Director Brent Rowland explains, the tremendous response from donors represents more than the items available for auction — it demonstrates that businesses and community members throughout the region believe recovery is possible and want to help give people the opportunity to rebuild their lives.
